Hi crafty friends !  Today I have a new DT project for Polka Dot Orchard using “Wander Often“ digital stamp! I just love so much this stamp set that I even got out of my comfort zone and made a watercolour background!

So let me tell you how I put together this card :

I started by printing my “Wander often“ digital stamp onto Neenah paper using a toner printer and cut it out with my Scan n Cut machine !

Then I colour it using some Copic markers in shades of blue for the fish and some pale peach and green for the flowers !

Then I took some thick watercolour paper and I used the wet on wet technique and create a background in blue shades with a big paintbrush and some Gansai Tambi watercolours !

For some more interest I added some metallic gold  watercolours drops !

Then I cut out with some scissors my little pond and added it using some strong liquid glue who will make sure my pond is straight with no wrinkels onto my white card base !

The fish image I added it with some 3M foam tape for some dimension!

Then I die cut the word “Hugs“ using some alphabet die set from my stash a few times  out of black cardstock and glued 3 layers of each letter for some dimension!

Then to add my letters I used some strong liquid glue and a T ruler so I make sure my letters are positioned straight!

Then at the end as embellishments I used some Nuvo drops and some Glossy Accents for the letters to make them shinny!

And my card using “Wander often“ digital stamp from Polka Dot Orchard is now complete!

Thank you for stopping by and I´ll see you soon !
