Chick hatching from nest!

Hi crafty friends and happy Sunday!   Today starts a new #30 Challenge over at Angie`s Digital Stamps blog !

For this month`s project I used the cutest “Chick Hatching from Nest” digital image that I love so much since it is coming Easter I thought it is the perfect image to use!

So let me tell you how I pulled together this card:

I started by printing out the Chicken digital image onto paper and I color it with some marker in shades of red, green, blue and yellow!

After I played with some Alcohol Inks onto Yupo papers in some blue, teal and silver colors.

I created a side folding white card, I die cut a light blue pattern paper panel with a rectangle die and adhere it onto my card base using some double sided tape.

Then I took some nested dies from my stash and cut out 2 different sizes of my Alcohol paper and my digital image panel.

Then I adhere both of the panels using some strong double sided tape onto my card base.

For the sentiment I used one that says: Happy Easter and I stamped it with some black ink.

As embellishment I only used a cute tiny pink bow that I adhere it onto my chick and some sparkle and shine !

And my card using the Chick hatching from nest digital image from Angie`s Digital Stamps is now complete!

Thank you for stopping by and remember to join us in the #30 Challenge with optional twist Easter!

Easter Dragon

Hi crafty friends, today we have a new Link Party over at Hearcraft Paper Shop!

For this , I specially made this card using “Baby Draco” digital stamp and I just turn him into a cute Easter Bunny!

So let`s get started:

So I took the cute “Baby Draco” digital image from Heartcraft Paper Shop and print it onto Neenah Paper using a toner printer and color it  with some Copic markers after I cut it with my Scan n Cut machine! After I color it with some Copic Markers in peach and red colors! I had to make a little operation of the initial digi image to remove the diamonds and keep just the Baby Draco and his Egg. I took also a stamp of some long Bunny ears stamped , cut out and color it in same peach shade of my Baby Draco , then I adhere them onto him with some liquid glue!

I die cut a front panel with a scalloped rectangle die and then I white heat emboss my grass border stamp, 4 Easter Eggs and the sentiment that says : Gruss von Osterhasen!(Hello from the Easter Rabbits!)

Then I cut out a masks for my little eggs and mask them , after I blended a green and a blue shade of Distress Oxide Ink onto my panel. Then I removed my masks and color my Easter with some Zig Clean Real Brush markers!

Then I made a double piece of my grass border, after I added my Easter Bunny with some liquid glue onto my front panel, I added my grass border with some 3M Foam Tape for some dimension!

Then I took a card base, I added a Blue Glitter paper boarder, and my front panel I adhere it with some double sided glue tape!

As embellishment I added some sparkle and shine and a blue bow to fit with the rest of the card!

And my card using Baby Draco digital image from Heartcraft Paper Shop is now complete!

Easter Egg-citement!

Hi crafty friends! I`m sure you like the new release from Heartcraft Paper same much as I do so I thought I`d bring you more inspiration with this card I made using ” 24 Carrot Friend” digi stamp and the sentiment from “Easter Chick” digital set that says “Easter Egg- citement” .

So let me tell you how I put it together:

I started by printing my digital image from the “24 Carrot Friend” onto Neenah paper using a toner printer.

I also printed my digital sentiment .

Then I cut out a side folding card base that measures 4 1/4 by 5 1/2 inch .

Using a rectangular die I cut out a panel using the amazing digital paper “Frolicking Unicorn” from Heartcraft Paper.

Using the same rectangle die shape but a smaller size I die cut my digital image  and color it with some Copic markers.

Then I also cut out my digital sentiment as a long strip and color it with some green markers.

Then I started assembling my card by gluing down my pattern paper panel first then I added the digital image panel that I color and after using some 3M foam tape for some dimension.

I thought as embellishments I just add some Glossy Accents and some Wink of Stella glitter pen for some shine and sparkle.

And my card using “24 Carrot Friend” digital stamp from Heartcraft Paper is now complete!

Easter Egg!

Hi crafty friends, Alina T. DT here! Today I want to share with you a new card I made using “Easter Egg”from

Goha Digital Stamps!

I feel the Spring smell in the air so I thought hm,, why not start early with Easter Cards this year?

So I made this card so:

I printed my Easter Egg digital image and then cut it out.

Then I color it with my favorite Copic Markers !

Then I took some pattern paper in yellow color and glue it to the card base.

Then from my card front I die cut a circle so I can see that yellow pattern paper like it is the Sunshine!

Then I glue down my Easter Egg using some liquid glue!

For my sentiment I black stamped a Happy Easter onto a banner strip and mounted it onto a second banner strip that is slightly bigger that my sentiment banner that I made a border with some Copic green Marker that matches my green from the digi image!

As embellishments I added some half pearls that matches the colors of my card!

And my card using “Easter Egg” digital image from Goha Digital Stamps is now complete! Thank you for join me and wish you a great week!
